This sensory dance film offers an abstract visual encounter with the psycho-physical stress disorder ‘C-PTSD’. Offering an inspiring portal through which to raise awareness, open up conversation & provoke re-generative meaning-making. Steeped in the Natural landscape of the Ashdown Forest, lakes, trees, fields and string webs weave into a metaphoric visual narrative. Directed by Emma Cole and Diego Barraza.

A small, one day project I made whilst exploring London. Mary Poppins has always been a comfort movie for me, and feed the birds has always been a favourite lullaby.
